These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of joinallyd.com (the "Site"), operated by allyd health LLC ("allyd," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
allyd health LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. The Site is a professional, informational website and a waitlist for a forthcoming professional membership for licensed therapists, registered dietitians, and psychiatric providers.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for professionals and individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Informational purpose only; no professional relationship
All content on the Site, including any articles, resources, and clinical commentary, is provided for general professional and educational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the independent professional judgment of a licensed clinician.
Using the Site, reading our content, or joining our waitlist does not create any provider-patient, clinician-client, or professional advisory relationship between you and allyd or its founders. You are solely responsible for your own clinical and professional decisions and for complying with the laws, regulations, and standards that govern your practice.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist allows us to notify you when founding member enrollment opens. It does not guarantee a membership spot, reserve pricing, or create any obligation on either side. Membership details, pricing, availability, and the founding member rate are described on the Site for information only and may change. Founding member spots are limited and offered on a first-come basis when enrollment opens. Any membership you later purchase will be governed by a separate membership agreement and its own terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the allyd name and marks, and the design and arrangement of the Site, are owned by allyd health LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the content for your own professional, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, transmitting harmful code, or using the Site in violation of any law. Please do not submit protected health information or any identifiable patient information through the Site or by email.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the founders' own clinical practices and other resources. Those sites are not under our control. We provide the links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, allyd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, allyd health LLC and its founders, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless allyd health LLC and its founders from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
